Flashback to the Last Time Barack Obama was in Shaker Heights, Ohio

It was announced today that Barack Obama will make his 16th trip to Ohio as president on Wednesday.  The venue which will host the failed president is no stranger to his misguided policies.  The last time President Obama was at Shaker Heights High School, he was pushing for passage of his signature achievement, a government takeover of health care.

Since then, things have changed:

Voters In All 88 Counties Of Ohio Say No To Obamacare

A ballot measure that StateImpact Ohio (a creation of local public media and NPR) describes as “a referendum on a constitutional amendment…aimed at keeping the national health care reform law from taking [e]ffect” won in all 88 counties in Ohio. In 81 of the counties, it won by a margin of at least 20 percentage points. Supreme Court To Take Up Constitutionality Of ObamaCare

As expected, the Supreme Court has agreed to decide the constitutionality of the sweeping health care reform law championed by President Barack Obama…The largest and broadest legal challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act comes from a joint filing by 26 states, led by Florida. Job Approval Dropping, Upside Down By 14 Points In Ohio

55 Percent Of Ohio Voters Say They Disapprove Of Obama’s Job Performance, Compared To 41 Percent Who Say They Approve. (Quinnipiac University Polling,1,437 RV, MoE 2.6%, 11/28 – 12/5/11)
  • Just 19 Percent Of Ohio Voters Say They Are Satisfied With The Direction The Country Is Headed, With 2 Percent Saying “Very Satisfied” And 17 Percent Saying “Somewhat Satisfied.” (Quinnipiac University Polling, 1,437 RV, MoE 2.6%, 11/28 – 12/5/11)
